Ok, so i have an old lion mask that is customized for one of my characters. however, i just deleted that character and now i want to make a copy of the lion mask for my mesmer. When i take the mask to the hat maker, he says the hat must be customized for me.

On wiki it says you can make a copy of any hat as long as it's on the same account as the character who originally had the hat.

any help here?

did u show the hat to the person before u deleted the person if not your s.o.l. ...

Yep you gotta show that hat to the festival keeper so he can make it for other characters on you r account. If you didn't then yep your outta luck Sorry
